The 3rd Foundations and Networks International Workshop - a frank and informal moment of discussion among foundations and cultural networks from Europe, Asia, Africa, America and Australia about transnational cultural cooperation - will take place in Lisbon fron 2nd to 4th October 2008. The workshop is the third step of a dialogue started in Rio de Janeiro in 2006. The 2008 edition will ground the discussion on experiences of excellent collaborative working partnerships between foundations and networks, in order to understand and to discuss the processes, the partnership models, the opportunity and the problems as well as the evaluation criteria chosen and/or agreed.
The workshop is an initiative of Fondazione Fitzcarraldo, IETM and will be hosted by Gulbenkian Foundation.
The edition 2008 was made possible by the contributions of Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, Hivos, Compagnia di San Paolo and IFACCA.
