International conference on cultural managment education and training

Conference Fees

The registration fee of the International Conference on Cultural Management Education and Training amounts to EUR 225 for AAAE members and to EUR 400 for non-members.

For ENCATC Members: the participation fee is already included in the annual membership fee.
(NOTE:	Members who have not paid their 2003 membership fee before Turin Conference will pay the Conference fee of EUR 400).

The Conference fee includes:

• all conference sessions
• rent of spaces for meetings and related facilities
• free access card to 90 museums and heritage centres in the Piedmont Region
• a welcome package including documentation, maps, guides and books on the Region
• bus transfers to Serralunga and to Rivoli
• bus transfers in Turin
• guided visit to the royal residencies (Wednesday 25th or Sunday 29th)

and:

Wednesday 25th	Welcome Aperitif
Thursday 26th	Morning and afternoon coffees Lunch Arts session at the National Museum of Cinema including buffet dinner
Friday 27th	Transfer by bus from Turin to Serralunga and return Lunch Dinner in the vineyards and Art Session
Saturday 28th	Morning coffee Transfer by bus from Turin to Rivoli and return Final event with dinner

Student fee amounts to EUR 125 and includes the access to the open sessions.
NOTE:	this fee does not include either the Welcome Aperitif on Wed 25th or lunches and dinners of the other days, except for Friday 27th in Serralunga

The fee must be paid by May 15th 2003: PAYMENT
