Abstract
The CRPC – Advanced Course for Cultural Project Managers represents an excellent opportunity for advanced training in the field of cultural project design and management. Recognized in 2016 as a case study of excellence by the Asia Europe Foundation, the CRPC has played a significant role since 1996 in professionalising the Italian cultural sector, training professionals who hold prominent positions in various public and private organisations and institutions.
Goals
The CRPC offers a training and support programme that allows participants to develop a strategic vision informed by the context and by the management skills required in their artistic and cultural field. The main objective is to help consolidate and evolve the professional profile of participants, enabling them to become drivers of innovation within cultural organisations and projects.
The course is conducted with an executive format over approximately one year, combining online and in-person activities led by Italian and international experts. The programme consists of basic modules focused on heterogeneous but essential skills for cultural project managers, as well as themes chosen by the student to personalise learning pathways. The training offer is complemented by a dedicated mentoring programme for the individual development of a cultural project and a study trip to a European city to meet some of the continent’s most interesting and innovative cultural and artistic organisations.
