Through the website, you can subscribe to our newsletter to receive informational or promotional material via email, SMS, or mail. .

- Training Courses/Events Registration
You can participate in our organised courses/events by filling out specific registration forms.
The personal identification data provided is used solely for the purposes of the requested service, including managing the course/event registration, and fulfilling fiscal, accounting, and payment obligations.
The legal basis for processing is Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the GDPR and does not require consent.
Data will be retained for the time necessary to achieve the collection purposes.
Data will also be processed, with consent, for sending information messages and commercial communications relating to the Foundation’s activities and services. You can revoke your consent at any time by sending a request to fondazione@fitzcarraldo.it.
- Job Application Form
You can submit a job application in the “Want to work with us? Send us your application!” section, All personal data provided will be processed solely to evaluate the possibility of your collaboration or employment with the Foundation.
The processing is lawful, even without consent, as it is aimed at taking pre-contractual measures (assessment of the application and candidate selection) upon the data subject’s request, according to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the GDPR.
In your curriculum vitae please include only the necessary data for evaluating your profile and refrain from indicating sensitive data unless you believe it is necessary for a better understanding of your position. In this case, explicit consent is required at the end of your curriculum vitae.
Your personal data will be retained for a maximum of 12 months from the date of receiving your curriculum vitae or the date of its last update communicated by you.

The computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of this website acquire certain personal data during their normal operation, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified individuals but, by its nature, could allow users to be identified, through processing and association with data held by third parties.

- Audiovisual Material
On the occasion of events organised by the Foundation, audiovisual material may be produced and disseminated on the Foundation’s websites and social channels to document the activities carried out.
The legal basis for processing personal data for this purpose is Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f) of the GDPR and does not require consent.
Once this material is deemed obsolete, it will be removed from the Foundation’s websites. It is understood that once images are published, they may be saved and processed by third parties independently, without any subsequent responsibility of the Foundation.
NATURE OF DATA PROVISION
Except for browsing data, the communication of data is voluntary; however, failure to provide them may result in the impossibility of obtaining a response to the request.
DATA PROCESSING METHODS
Data processing is carried out through both paper and electronic means.
Data is stored in electronic and, to a residual extent, paper archives with full assurance of the minimum security measures required by the legislature to minimise the risks of destruction, loss, unauthorised access, or processing not permitted or not compliant with the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy.
No automated decision-making processes are carried out on the website.
The data controller may transfer personal data to third countries or international organisations. In this case, data will be transferred only if the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision regarding the third country or if adequate safeguards have been agreed upon. The Foundation also reserves the right to use cloud services, and in such cases, service providers will be selected on the basis of adequate guarantees, as provided by Article 46 of GDPR 679/16.
